Job seeking or recruiting? Sounds like an obstacle course more than anything else. MyInterview gives the recruiter the power to easily manage, recruit and view high quality video résumés. Respectively, this allows a job seeker to search and apply for employment opportunities, where they can create employment videos and share them via social media.
With so many features and options, the challenge was to create a responsive site that humbly showed off content without being inundating, whilst at the same time ensuring the overall aesthetics were professional but still friendly. Icon illustrations were created in-house to give the site a subtle warm and approachable feel.
